Privacy Policy for Klein Marketing
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Klein Marketing handles information when you visit this website or contact us.
1. Information We Collect
If you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a business name and a service of interest. If you contact us by email or phone, you provide the information you choose to share in that conversation. The website does not have a checkout or ask for billing information.
When you visit the website, the server and its hosting provider receive the technical information needed to deliver pages, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and the time of the request. On the Cloudflare-hosted site, the contact form temporarily stores your IP address and recent submission times in Cloudflare KV to limit repeated submissions. Rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes.
2. How We Use Information
We use information you send us to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and manage our business correspondence. We use technical request information to operate the website and help protect the contact form from spam and abuse. We do not use contact form submissions to enroll you in a newsletter or make a purchase.
3. Contact Form and Email Providers
When email delivery is configured and the contact form accepts your message, the website sends the information you entered through Resend to our Gmail inbox at leahkleinmarketing@gmail.com. Your email address is included as the Reply-To address so we can reply directly. Resend and Google process the message as part of delivering and storing that email. The website does not store contact form submissions in a separate database.
If the email service cannot accept a submission, the form reports that it was not sent and leaves the information in your browser so you can try again or email us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
4. Blog Content and External Links
We use Sanity to create and manage blog articles and their images. Published articles are displayed on this website, and article images may load from Sanity's image delivery network. Unpublished drafts are not shown on the public blog. Contact form messages are not stored in Sanity.
Our website may link to project websites and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are separate from ours; please review their policies when you visit them.
5. Cookies and Analytics
The public website does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies or use advertising pixels. We will update this policy if we add those tools. Third-party sites you visit through links on this website may use their own cookies or similar technologies.
6. Security and Retention
The contact form uses server-side validation and spam controls, and its email-service credentials are kept out of browser code. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
Contact messages may remain in our email account and in the email provider's delivery records until they are deleted. The website itself does not keep a database of form submissions. Please contact us if you have a question about a message or want to request its deletion.
7. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date above.
